Open Call to all Berliners

The artist Lucila Guichon (Grupo Altar) has conceived the ALTAR BERLIN, an interactive and participatory installation. ALTAR BERLIN collects stories of the city and presents them in an interdisciplinary artistic format. Artists and Berliners build the altar together. It is a point of reflection in the city on how we - the residents of Berlin - deal with our losses.

Take part in our project and tell us your thoughts in the Corona Pandemic. Answering the following questions will only take a few minutes and you can write in your own language.

Every single story is important. Together they create a collective story. We will work visually on your contributions and publish them in an digital fanzine. They will become part of the ALTAR BERLIN installation in the KulturMarktHalle. The chosen stories will be reinterpreted by artists (theatre, dance, spoken word, visual arts). The results will soon be available on our website.
